Returns
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products) once opened
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at returns@supersaverdeals.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs will be:
- Free for defective or damaged products.
- For non-defective items, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise specified during the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Rejected Returns: If your return is rejected due to violation of our return policy (e.g., item used, damaged), we will notify you, and the product will be returned to you at your cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at refunds@supersaverdeals.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at exchanges@supersaverdeals.com.
Final Sale Items
Clearance and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged.
